SHIPPING & HANDLING

Rose Fleur offers domestic and international shipping via USPS.  for packages delivered within the U.S. and certain countries worldwide (Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, and Australia).  

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$9.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA 

$19.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

The processing time for orders is 7-10 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or special promotions, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier. You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking here.  

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. Rose Fleur will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If the package is returned non-deliverable a store credit will be issued.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. 

Rose Fleur does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
